Dear Alberta Customers,

Back in June of 2025, we officially added a gift shop to our retail space called The Gift Boutique, here in Devon, Alberta.

As for Linens etc. (massage table linens) that we run out of the back half of the shop, we are still running strong and thriving! We are just making changes to the in store experience for massage table linen purchases.

Having a retail space since 2023 for Linens etc, we have calculated that 95% of our sales are placed online. That leaves about 5% for in store purchases. With the hundreds of variants of our products: sizes, colors, and fabrics, it takes up way too much space, especially for the less popular items.

Starting now, April 24, 2026, we are only taking orders placed online with the choice of having it shipped, or to be picked up in-store, email ordering, and over the phone orders.

In store we will have samples of our products and color swatches you can look at. Then if you wish to place your order right then and there, we are more than happy to do so. You then would have the choice to pick up your order another day or have it shipped to you once the items in your order are made.

Shipping times for online orders will NOT become slower with this change. This change will improve efficiency at the shop as we are putting more time into making the products that are specifically ordered.
