Return Policy
- No returns on washed items
- No returns on damaged items
- Shipping cost on returned items is the customers responsibility
- If you are choosing to return your items please make sure the package is sealed before sending it off.
- Once we receive your returned items we then inspect them and check that they have not been washed or damaged. If the items are in perfect condition you will receive a refund for those products and the GST and you will be notified by email. If the items have been washed or damaged you will not receive a refund. If at that point you wish to have your items back we can ship them back to you at your cost.
